Retail

Regaining Trust (and customers) in an uncertain world

As the trend for online selling grows, retailers are keen to create a safe environment in which their consumers can trade. Consumers are wary of giving out their personal details for fear of credit card fraud or ID theft. Similarly, retailers are wary that if their websites or brands are exploited the reputation damage can be high.

First Cyber Security take a unique approach to solving these problems. Our consumer orientated authentication allows you to prove to the consumer they are at your real website, preventing them from falling foul of cyber crime. This makes their online experience to your website far more secure, giving them the confidence to transact. Positive authentication is given by the website owners logo appearing in an 'always on top' window on their screen, all your customers need do is glance at the logo in the same way as they would glance at the signage above the door on a high street shop, it couldn't be simpler .....and it's secure.

By stealing your brand (logo, name or trademark) fraudsters can make their sites look authentic. The new SOLID 3PV technology from First Cyber Security leaves you in control of where your brand is used. You control correct logo/trademark use which is authenticated for the consumer just by passing their cursor over it. Illegal use of the brand can either mean that the webpage is blocked completely and the consumer automatically directed to your authentic site. Alternatively, their misuse can be highlighted to the consumer as soon as they enter the offending webpage using SOLID 3PX technology.

Website owners can subscribe to this service for a monthly fee and either allow a download the S.O.L.I.D. Authentication® client for their customers from their own website or from our own.

Whether you are a worldwide retail giant or local retail store you can give your customers the confidence they need to buy, sign up to the S.O.L.I.D. Authentication® service.

Our system really does take 3 seconds to learn. Click here to find out more about how it works.
