If you have downloaded FCS’s security ‘at-a-glance’ software you should see the logo of the site you are visiting in the FCS window. If you see a warning yellow or red indicator in the FCS window when the SAAG logo is on the web site then the site is probably a fake. No SAAG and yellow means the site does not subscribe to the service. As this site is FCS, you should see our logo in the FCS window. If you don’t, it’s a fake.

Seeing the SAAG logo does not mean the site is safe.

Fraudsters can copy the logo just as they can copy real site content. But, if you see the logo and you have installed the FCS software you should see the logo of the site you are visiting in the FCS window, which will confirm you are where you think you are.

If your Bank or e-commerce company subscribes to this service then look for the confirmation of their logo, and click on the box to see ‘Instant Links’ to other areas of their site.

If the window shows the logo of the web site...that's where you are. If it doesn't show the logo then you are not. There is nothing for the user to do except glance at the window. If they needed to do more they wouldn't do it.
